Initial development will connect eligible Aviation Generation Aviation Operations learners with UK CAA approved Cabin Crew Attestation, beginning with Stockton Sixth Form College as the pathway development site.
[FARNBOROUGH / LONDON / STOCKTON – 23rd July 2026] Aviation Generation and EmPower Crew (Part of EmPower Flight) are working together to develop the integration of CAA-approved Cabin Crew Attestation into the AvGen Aviation Operations pathway, creating a clearer progression route from aviation education into regulated cabin crew training and future industry entry.
The initial development work will focus on Stockton Sixth Form College, where the Aviation Generation pathway is already in live delivery and where a specialist aviation learning environment has been established. The intention is to explore how Cabin Crew Attestation could be connected with the Pearson BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Aviation Operations and Aviation Generation’s integrated wider professional-formation model.
The partnership brings together Aviation Generation's pathway architecture, partner-centre delivery model and professional formation approach with EmPower Flight / Crew's expertise in UK CAA-approved Cabin Crew Attestation, training standards, regulatory compliance and learner preparation.
Subject to regulatory, facilities, timetable, commercial and learner-readiness requirements, the model is being designed so that it could be extended in future to other AvGen partner centres where there is clear demand and a suitable delivery environment.
The work forms part of AvGen's wider controlled-growth strategy: strengthening progression routes, deepening employer-informed readiness and helping young people move beyond aviation interest towards credible industry direction.
