Our Pathways
A coordinated, industry-shaped professional formation system for people entering the world of aviation.
Why Our Pathways Exist
Our Pathways were created to show what coordinated, industry-shaped aviation education can look like when employers and educators work in step — giving young people a clear, confident start into the world of flight.
Three connected routes into the future of flight - industry-shaped, Pearson-BTEC powered and open to learners worldwide.
Our Pathways provide one strong example of what aligned, industry-shaped aviation education can look like in practice. Built with major employers and delivered with partner colleges, they give learners a shared foundation for entering aviation with confidence, readiness and a clear sense of where they belong.
Aviation Operations - Currently delivering
Prepare for the front line of aviation. This pathway builds the knowledge, skills, behaviours and situational awareness needed for flight crew, air traffic, airport operations, ground services, and customer experience roles - connecting learners directly with the rhythm of global aviation. Students have also successfully transitioned from this pathway to Engineering Apprenticeships and Higher Education.
